Position Overview

Responsibilities
As an Associate Recruitment Executive, you will take full responsibility for overseeing a designated technology sector. Your duties include managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, advising clients, and sourcing exceptional talent.

Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in professional services, preferably in project coordination or project management.
- Background in client- or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication abilities and solid relationship-building skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: €38,000 annually.
- Year 1 total compensation exceeding €47,000, including base, bonuses, and commissions.
- Year 2 earning potential of €70,000 plus.
- Year 3 earning potential reaching €100,000 plus.
- Conveniently located in Dublin City Centre.
