Junior Procurement Executive - Interior Fit-Out

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Procurement Executive to join our team, specializing in interior fit-out projects. This position requires an immediate joiner and offers a competitive salary, which will be determined during the interview based on experience and procurement expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source materials, suppliers, and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-out projects.
• Gather, assess, and compare quotations from various suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment conditions, and delivery schedules to achieve favorable terms.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and track their progress.
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials in collaboration with project and site teams.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors.
• Keep accurate records of procurement activities and maintain supplier databases.
• Monitor the availability of materials and ensure deadlines for deliveries are met.
• Contribute to cost-saving measures and value-engineering strategies to optimize project budgets.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience between 2 to 5 years in procurement within the UAE, preferably in interior fit-out or joinery sectors.
• Proven negotiation skills and effective communication abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of fit-out materials and local suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel to manage procurement data.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and handle tight project deadlines.
