Foreperson / Carpenter (All-Rounder)

Role Overview

We are seeking a proficient Foreperson / Carpenter with comprehensive expertise in overseeing and executing carpentry and site operations. This position requires active engagement in on-site duties alongside leadership of the work crew to ensure smooth, timely, and quality progress of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily activities on construction sites.
• Provide leadership and direction to carpentry and site workforce.
• Perform hands-on carpentry tasks such as installations, finishing, and repairs.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and plans accurately.
• Ensure work is conducted following established quality and schedule benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with site engineers, contractors, and project personnel.
• Maintain safety protocols and enforce site discipline rigorously.
• Track material consumption and communicate needs timely.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have a specified nationality (mandatory).
• Demonstrated experience in roles as Foreman, Carpenter, or a multi-skilled all-rounder.
• Well-versed in carpentry, joinery techniques, and site execution procedures.
• Ability to interpret construction plans and operate independently on-site.
• Possesses strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
• Physically capable to undertake demanding on-site activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in interior fit-out or construction projects is advantageous.
• Multi-disciplinary skill set combining carpentry expertise with basic site supervision ability.
