Job Overview

As a Junior Graphic Designer specializing in Learning & Development, you will be engaged in creating a wide array of visuals such as static and animated infographics, edited images, videos, motion graphics, and printed materials to support digital learning initiatives and employee engagement campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create design deliverables tailored to various platforms and objectives, including video content and newsletters.
• Develop graphics, presentations, data visualizations, infographics, and animations, along with editing and manipulating digital photographs.
• Edit videos and produce animations specifically for educational resources.
• Apply creative thinking to generate fresh concepts and innovative ideas for design solutions.
• Work across diverse media formats and stay informed about new and emerging design technologies.
• Carefully review all design materials to identify and correct errors before final printing or publishing.
• Collaborate with other HR teams to assist with design requirements for employee engagement purposes.
• Assume responsibility for ensuring cohesive design outcomes that align with brand standards and maintain content consistency.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or a closely related discipline.
• Have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design.
• Demonstrate strong visual creativity, especially in ideation and typography.
• Proficient in industry-standard design and editing software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Understanding of color theory, layout principles, and conversion optimization is advantageous.
• Exhibit strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Possess solid problem-solving skills and be able to work independently by managing time and workloads effectively.
• Showcase excellent attention to detail with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
