Position Overview
We are recruiting a Junior Back-office Administrator for a reputable Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in the Financial Services sector. The organization supports critical clearing and settlement operations for banks across the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain, focusing on delivering tailored, efficient, and dependable solutions to clients.
This full-time role is based onsite in Dublin 12 and is suited for someone who excels in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting and enjoys engaging professionally with colleagues, visitors, and suppliers. While prior experience is welcomed, the company prioritizes a strong work ethic and well-developed administrative capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet daily deadlines, productivity, and quality standards.
- Handle calls, process documentation, and perform data entry accurately and promptly.
- Conduct quality checks on preparatory work and data entered.
- Record and complete daily production metrics.
- Carry out assigned administrative and clerical duties.
- Maintain hourly productivity and quality targets in all operational areas.
- Update and oversee finance and administration systems and procedures.
- Participate collaboratively on projects and cross-departmental tasks.
- Assist in process improvements and contribute to documentation of operational procedures.
- Support month-end closing activities and prepare schedules for auditing and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to finance policies and internal controls.
- Provide suggestions to enhance processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in data management.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills and capability to work autonomously.
