Key Responsibilities

• Create simple automated workflows for managing meeting follow-ups and task assignments across multiple platforms.
• Maintain clear internal documentation that enables team members to understand and utilize these automations.
• Ensure automated records accurately reflect management meeting outcomes.
• Collaborate with consultants to identify repetitive administrative tasks suitable for automation.
• Test and validate data integrations between various project management and tracking tools.
• Keep task lists and project trackers current with the client's business priorities.
• Diagnose and resolve minor technical issues to maintain smooth workflow operations.

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong inclination for organization and tidiness.
