Key Responsibilities

• Create simple scripts to automate collection and centralization of meeting notes and decision logs.
• Implement automated alerts to notify task owners about delays or updates needed.
• Integrate documentation and project management tools to enable seamless data flow without manual input.
• Use AI utilities to summarize lengthy project discussions into actionable bullet points.
• Evaluate current client workflows to identify and replace manual data entry with reliable automation scripts.
• Document each automation clearly to allow clients independent system management.
• Work closely with consultants to align technology with management processes without overcomplicating them.
• Conduct testing and refinement of automation sequences to ensure user-friendly, robust performance.
