Junior Architect – Revit Modeling

Role Overview

MASS Advanced Consulting Engineers invites applications for the role of Junior Architect based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architectural modeling, documentation, and coordination within industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural models and prepare detailed documentation using Revit software.
• Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and other construction drawings.
• Model existing factory structures guided by on-site surveys and as-built data.
• Contribute to the design of new factories and industrial buildings.
• Prepare and revise technical drawings in AutoCAD.
• Generate high-quality architectural renderings utilizing Lumion software.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineering teams ensuring drawing consistency.
• Participate in site visits as needed to support project requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Possess at least one year of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency and efficiency with Revit software.
• Have solid skills in AutoCAD drafting.
• Be adept with Lumion rendering techniques.
• Have a sound understanding of architectural drawings and detailing standards.
• Be currently residing in or prepared to relocate to Jeddah.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on factory, warehouse, or industrial development projects.
• Familiarity with conducting as-built surveys.
• Knowledge of regulations such as SBC, MODON, and architectural fire & life safety codes.
