Position Overview
The firm is seeking a Junior Architect for a full-time, onsite role in Guwahati.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation of architectural and interior design concepts.
- Develop architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and 3D visual models.
- Collaborate with senior architects and the design team on active projects.
- Participate in site visits for measurements and documentation.
- Prepare design presentations, select materials, and draft design proposals.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site teams as needed.
- Keep drawings and plans updated according to project developments.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Fresh graduates as well as applicants with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and similar architectural design software.
- Familiarity with 3D modelling and rendering tools is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of architectural drawings, design concepts, and construction materials.
- Strong skills in communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
- Capability to work effectively within a team and manage assigned work within deadlines.
