Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Architect to become a valuable member of our team, contributing to ongoing residential and commercial architectural projects in Kochi, Kerala.
Primary Duties
- Create architectural drawings including plans, elevations, and detailed designs.
- Support the preparation of working drawings and maintain thorough project documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with consultants, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure project coherence.
- Perform site visits to aid in the smooth execution of projects.
- Provide assistance in material selection and coordinate design aspects.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree or an equivalent qualification.
- 0 to 3 years of professional experience in architectural roles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD software is essential.
- Familiarity with SketchUp or Revit software is considered a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders effectively.
Location
This role is based in Kochi, Kerala.
