Junior Architect

About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and imaginative Junior Architect to become part of our Creative Concept team. This position suits recent graduates or early-stage architects enthusiastic about design, visual communication, and the expanding influence of artificial intelligence in architecture and placemaking.

The chosen candidate will contribute to the creation of innovative ideas spanning architecture, masterplanning, landscapes, interiors, hospitality projects, and destinations. Responsibilities involve transforming concepts into impressive sketches, diagrammatic representations, AI-driven designs, 3D modeling, and presentation visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation of architectural, masterplanning, landscape, and placemaking designs.
• Leverage AI tools to investigate design concepts, materials, massing configurations, and user experience possibilities.
• Refine AI-generated ideas into feasible and visually impactful design proposals.
• Generate polished presentations, design documentation, and concept display boards.
• Create 3D models and massing studies to facilitate conceptual design phases.
• Assist in developing AI-centered workflows, design repositories, and visual libraries.
• Engage in research and experimentation with emerging design technologies and innovative tools.
• Participate in design review sessions and concept assessments, providing multiple creative options.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related design field.
• E0 to 2 years of professional experience; outstanding fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.
• Exceptional conceptual and creative design proficiency.
• Excellent drawing and sketching skills, including hand-drawn and digital methods.
• Effective visual storytelling and graphic communication abilities.
• Keen interest in architecture, urban planning, culture, hospitality, branding, and contemporary design movements.
• Strong enthusiasm for AI and its potential to enhance design workflows.

Software and Tools

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with SketchUp and/or Rhino.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Magnific, Kling, Seedance, Nano Banana, or similar technologies is a plus.
