Executive Butler - Russian Speaker

Role Overview

This position involves delivering executive butler services to guests entitled to this premium offering, ensuring an exceptional arrival experience, and maintaining personalized guest relations throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests upon arrival, ensuring they receive the full executive butler service and assisting with room readiness and amenities placement.
• Manage the cleanliness, stocking, and upkeep of the Executive Butler Pantry on designated floors, adhering strictly to established standards.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and execute thorough handovers between shifts to maintain continuous service quality.
• Use Opera PMS and GXP systems to gain familiarity with guest preferences prior to arrival and throughout their stay.
• Gather and document guest preferences such as room choices, floral arrangements, color preferences, bathroom amenities, food and beverage selections, special dates, housekeeping schedules, newspaper preferences, and preferred airport pick-up options.
• Update and store these preferences in GXP to tailor amenities and service for future visits.
• Ensure guest information is recorded and applied following company policies to provide personalized service consistently.
• Maintain awareness of long-stay guests, addressing them by correct names and titles to enhance the personalized experience.
• Acquaint guests with all hotel facilities, services, and their room or suite features.
• Support other front office teams to guarantee comprehensive coverage and prompt guest service delivery.
• Stay physically active throughout shifts, including standing, sitting, walking, and performing hands-on tasks such as lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds independently.
• Consistently uphold Butler Service Association (BSA) standards, such as addressing guests by name and proactively offering further assistance.
