About the Role

Tech Pipeline specializes in resolving operational inefficiencies that often look convincing on presentations but fail to deliver in practice. We address issues such as broken reports, halted data migrations, and disconnected systems that disrupt workflow.

We are collaborating with a partner in Jeddah to revamp their data reporting and internal processes. As a Junior Analytics Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to identify data inaccuracies and ensure the reliability of the new systems delivering information to end-users. This is a completely remote role focusing on practical data troubleshooting and correction.

Key Responsibilities

• Trace particular data points across different software to detect discrepancies.
• Audit existing reports to find duplications, calculation mistakes, or missing data that could lead to poor business decisions.
• Create clear, detailed documentation for new procedures to facilitate client self-sufficiency post-project.
• Review daily system logs to diagnose causes of automated data transfer failures and pinpoint specific errors.
• Maintain and update internal spreadsheets and progress tracking logs to keep the project team informed.
• Conduct interviews with report users to understand information needs for their roles.
• Verify data integrity by comparing historical records with outputs from new systems post-migration.
• Clean and organize raw data into structured tables suitable for advanced analysis by senior analysts.
