Junior CRM Analyst

About the Role

Meraki Group is seeking a Junior CRM Analyst based in Dubai to support the maintenance and administration of the company's CRM software. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Strategy and Analytics to ensure the customer database operates effectively and data integrity is preserved.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily CRM operations including configuration aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Develop customized customer segmentation lists for email, direct mail campaigns, and reporting purposes.
• Assist in creating marketing and sales data analysis and business reports.
• Maintain database health through regular data cleansing efforts.
• Provide insights into customer behavior to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to properly track the sales process and customer communications within the CRM.
• Partner with the Digital Marketing Lead to implement email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to distribute prospects among Property Consultants.
• Support ad-hoc customer communications including planning and production.
• Perform general administrative and team support tasks.

Requirements and Skills

• Strong team orientation with effective planning and organizational skills to manage personal workload.
• Quantitative mindset with foundational knowledge in statistics and analytics.
• Preferred educational background in Business, Statistics, or Computer Science Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SQL and Power BI or Tableau is advantageous; willingness to quickly learn these technologies is essential.
