Junior AI Implementation Specialist

Role Responsibilities

• Analyze system logs to detect faults in AI models handling financial document processing.
• Modify and validate routing rules that automate document classification and data entry tasks.
• Capture current manual workarounds and devise streamlined logic to replace them.
• Support manual data reconciliation during system transitions to preserve data accuracy.
• Revise and maintain runbooks enabling client self-management post-engagement.
• Oversee the system’s first month live operation to identify and correct any technical deviations or failures.
• Address accumulated unprocessed data backlogs caused by flawed automation rules.
• Prepare transparent decision logs documenting every alteration in routing logic.

Candidate Profile

• Inquisitive mindset eager to understand complexities and failure points within multifaceted systems.
• Basic programming knowledge, preferably in Python or SQL, for navigating and interpreting data logs.
• Capability to interpret technical documentation and identify discrepancies between documentation and software behavior.
• Excellent written communication skill with emphasis on clear, non-technical explanation of technical solutions.
• Pragmatic problem solver focused on applying direct fixes rather than suggesting broad theoretical changes.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining team alignment through written communication.
• Patient and methodical in investigating stale or recurring data processing errors to determine their root causes.
