Role Overview and Responsibilities
We seek an experienced Java Project Manager to lead extensive software delivery projects. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in software development, with at least four years dedicated to roles in Technical Delivery or Project Management. Managing large, multifaceted projects involving global teams of 20 or more engineers will be a key responsibility.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban frameworks.
- Comprehensive understanding of full-stack technologies encompassing .NET, Java, Node.js, React, Angular, Microservices architecture, cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools including JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Swagger, SoapUI, and Postman.
- Experience engaging with clients across the US, Europe, and the Middle East, demonstrating effective cross-cultural communication competencies.
Educational and Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Any graduate meeting these qualifications is eligible to apply.
