Job description
Job Location and Schedule
This position is based in Dubai and requires physical presence at the office for five days a week.
Experience and Notice Period
Candidates must have a minimum of seven years of professional experience, with availability to join immediately or within 30 days.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle Real Time Interaction Management requirements for LSA roles.
- Engage in Pega PRPC development, focusing on system design and implementation.
- Apply expertise in Pega application design patterns, case management, and integration.
- Maintain adherence to Agile development methodologies and incorporate DevOps practices in workflow.
Key Qualifications
- Mandatory possession of Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
- At least five years of Pega PRPC development experience, with a minimum of two years serving as an LSA.
- Strong background in banking or BFSI domain experience is desirable.
