Role Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a team of Java and Angular developers throughout all stages of software development.
• Engage with business units, system architects, and stakeholders to interpret requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Architect, develop, and sustain robust enterprise applications leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and Angular frameworks.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code aligned with prescribed coding standards and industry best practices.
• Lead code reviews ensuring compliance with quality, security, and performance benchmarks.
• Diagnose and resolve application defects by performing root cause analysis and deploying corrective measures.
• Collaborate closely with database teams to design optimized SQL queries and database schemas.
• Facilitate application deployments, integrations, and manage software release cycles.
• Champion continuous improvements aimed at boosting application performance and maintainability.
• Document technical details including architecture blueprints and development guidelines comprehensively.
• Support team growth by offering technical guidance and mentoring.
• Track project progress, effectively distribute workload, and guarantee delivery within set deadlines.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth coordination of development efforts.
