Educational Qualifications

The position requires candidates to possess a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree, specifically in Production and Industrial Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development, and deployment phases of Java-based software applications.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain ReactJS components to deliver seamless user interfaces.
• Build backend services using Spring Boot, focusing on maximizing performance and security.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers, promoting growth and innovative problem-solving.
• Perform code reviews to ensure high quality and adherence to development best practices.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Proven extensive experience with Spring Boot and associated frameworks.
• Demonstrable leadership capabilities in managing and guiding software development teams.
• Strong full-stack development experience covering both frontend and backend integration.
• Capacity to analyze complex problems and deliver effective solutions.
• Comfortable with modern development tools and agile software practices.

Additional Desirable Skills

• Experience working with microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of Hibernate ORM framework.
• Proficiency with RESTful API development and consumption.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins.
