Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and execute comprehensive ETL testing plans to validate data accuracy and system performance.
- Work closely with developers and data analysts to gather requirements and create effective test cases.
- Perform detailed testing of data warehouse systems to ensure quality output.
- Identify defects, document issues, and manage defect resolution processes efficiently.
- Enhance testing processes continuously to improve productivity and quality.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines such as BTech, BCA, B.E, or BSc.
- Have 4 to 9 years of proven experience in ETL and Data Warehouse testing.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills and Attributes
- Experience with advanced testing techniques and tools.
- A collaborative attitude suited to team environments.
- Background in developing automated testing frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of data warehouse architecture and ETL processes.
