Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the store premises.
• Clean shower and restroom facilities regularly to maintain hygiene standards.
• Handle washing, loading, and unloading of towels for shower use.
• Carry out general store repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
• Collect and dispose of trash throughout the travel center grounds.
• Deliver outstanding guest service by maintaining clean and safe facilities.

Required Qualifications

• Strong self-motivation and initiative to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds and remain standing or walking for extended periods.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar janitorial or maintenance role.
• Basic knowledge of industrial equipment and minor repair skills.
