Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the store maintains exceptional cleanliness standards
• Cleaning shower and restroom areas thoroughly
• Handling washing, loading, and unloading of towels for shower facilities
• Conducting general maintenance and repairs within the store environment
• Collecting and disposing of trash throughout the travel center grounds
• Delivering excellent guest service by keeping facilities well-maintained

Required Qualifications

• Strong self-motivation and initiative
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar janitorial or maintenance role
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and capability to perform minor repairs
