Job Overview
As a Janitorial Associate at Walmart, your primary responsibility is to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the store. This includes upkeep from the parking lot to restrooms and the receiving areas, ensuring customers experience a positive impression each time they visit.
Compensation
- The hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28 and guarantees at least the minimum wage applicable in Madison, AL.
- Additional annual or quarterly bonuses based on performance are provided.
- Extra pay premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply in certain situations, such as specific shifts, locations, seasons, or tasks, with the possibility of multiple premiums stacked if criteria overlap.
Schedule and Location
- Full-time employment with available mid-shift and closing hours.
