Deli/Bakery Team Associate

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Deli/Bakery Team Associate is to prepare high-quality products for customers, deliver excellent service at the counter, and stock merchandise on the sales floor. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to strict food safety standards are essential to the role’s success.

Compensation and Shifts

• Hourly wage ranges from $16 to $29, with actual pay meeting or exceeding local minimum wage requirements.
• Additional performance incentives are awarded annually or quarterly.
• Extra premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific job duties. Multiple premiums can be combined if conditions are met.
• Available shifts include mid-shift and closing shifts.
