Janitorial Associate

Position Summary

Join Walmart as a Janitorial Associate to help create positive first and last impressions for customers by ensuring our stores are clean and safe. Responsibilities cover maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, from parking lots and restrooms to receiving areas.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Hourly wage ranges from $16.50 to $29.50, guaranteed to meet or exceed local minimum wage requirements.
• Additional performance incentives are awarded annually or quarterly.
• Premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply depending on schedule, location, season, or specific tasks. Multiple premiums can be combined if criteria are met.
• Employment options include full-time and part-time roles with shifts available during opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing periods.
