Job Overview
As a Janitorial Associate at Walmart Supercenter #5847 in Powhatan, VA, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers experience a positive impression of the store. Your responsibilities will include keeping all areas of the store clean and safe, from the parking lot and restrooms to the receiving area.
Compensation and Schedule
- The hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding the minimum wage requirements of the location.
- Extra compensation may be earned through annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Additional hourly premiums ranging between $0.35 and $3.00 may be awarded based on factors like schedule, facility, season, or specific job duties, allowing multiple premiums to apply simultaneously.
- Shifts available include opening and morning hours.
