Job Summary
As a Vision Center Associate at Walmart, you will play a key role in assisting customers at the eye care center. Your duties include verifying prescriptions, aiding customers in selecting eyewear, and managing lens and eyewear orders. Compensation
- Hourly wage ranges from $29 to $37, guaranteed to meet or exceed local minimum wage requirements.
- Additional pay includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply depending on shift schedule, location, season, or job duties; multiple premiums can be combined if criteria are met.

- Employment can be full-time or part-time.
- Shifts available include Opening and Morning shifts.
