Job Overview
As a Cart Attendant, you will play a key role in shaping the customer's first and last impressions of our store. Your duties include collecting shopping carts from the parking lot, using equipment to transport these carts indoors, and ensuring carts are clean and sanitary. This role demands a positive attitude and the ability to work under various weather conditions.
Compensation and Benefits
- The hourly wage ranges between $14 and $27, guaranteed to meet or exceed the location's minimum wage.
- Additional pay can come from annual or quarterly performance-based incentives.
- Extra premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on shift schedules, site location, seasonal factors, or specific job tasks, with the possibility of multiple premiums stacking if eligible.
