Janitor

Position Overview

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking experienced janitors to join our team immediately on a full-time basis. The position is located at United Polaris - Terminal G, Gate 1, Level 3, San Francisco, CA 94128 and accepts applications only through online submission. Work schedules are full-time and may vary in days and hours; further details will be provided during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to approved protocols for trash collection and disposal, following infection control guidelines.
• Perform dusting and damp mopping of floors according to established procedures.
• Relocate equipment and furniture to ensure proper cleaning, returning them to their original places afterward.
• Clean designated areas using assigned materials and equipment, sanitizing all surfaces in compliance with an eight-step cleaning process.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other surfaces to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Proactively identify and attend to areas requiring cleaning without prompting.
• Complete all duties assigned by supervisors.
• Execute tasks aligned with all applicable federal, state, and county regulations.
• Conduct floor maintenance by stripping, scrubbing, buffing, refinishing, and carpet shampooing as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and demonstrate professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial experience is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay rate of $22.71.
