Job Summary

The Dishwasher maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, kitchen equipment, and work areas to support efficient food service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove food debris from dishes and ensure thorough cleaning by hand or dishwashing machine as per equipment assigned.
• Clean pots, pans, trays, and polish silverware through various designated techniques.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, including monitoring chemical levels and temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish area, sweep and mop kitchen floors, and clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
• Manage trash disposal and clean waste containers appropriately.
• Assist with moving supplies and equipment between storage and work areas and help with loading and unloading where necessary.
• Perform other assigned duties to maintain kitchen hygiene and safety protocols.

Work Schedule & Location

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm at the specified Indianapolis location.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in dishwashing is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $17.00 to $20.00.
