Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Dishwasher to join our team at the Comcast Center location in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, kitchenware, and related work areas.

Work Schedule

The position requires a Monday through Friday schedule from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm. Specific details will be shared during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food residues from dishware, then wash by hand or use dishwashing machines as per equipment assigned, ensuring thorough cleanliness and sanitation.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays following prescribed procedures to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Polish silver items using various tools and chemical treatments according to protocols to ensure cleanliness.
• Adhere strictly to established safety protocols at all times.
• Monitor and maintain dishwasher temperatures and chemical concentrations as per standards.
• Keep the dishwashing area organized and compliant with safety requirements.
• Perform sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
• Wash food preparation surfaces, including worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Manage waste disposal by removing trash to designated containers and cleaning garbage bins thoroughly.
• Assist in transferring supplies and equipment between storage areas and workstations.
• Help with loading and unloading deliveries as necessary.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' prior dishwashing experience is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
