About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and meticulous IT Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore Urban. The successful candidate will possess solid knowledge of the technology sector and have proven experience in identifying, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract exceptional talent through multiple sourcing channels.
• Perform detailed candidate screening and conduct interviews to evaluate skill competence.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their staffing requirements.
• Maintain a well-organized candidate and vacancy database.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments to refine recruitment approaches.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with applicants throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or a related area.
• In-depth knowledge of technical roles and skill demands.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Work Conditions
