About the Role
Join our team as a Data Analyst focused on banking data ingestion and reconciliation based in Singapore. This role requires an expert skilled in ensuring data accuracy and integrity within financial datasets through efficient ingestion and reconciliation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and verify large sets of financial data for accuracy and completion.
- Create and manage workflows for data ingestion to optimize operational efficiency.
- Perform detailed reconciliation of banking transactions and address any inconsistencies.
- Work collaboratively with different teams to uphold data quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards for stakeholder review.
- Analyze data trends and offer actionable insights to guide business strategies.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- At least six years of experience in data analysis within the banking or financial sectors.
- Proficient in SQL and skilled in data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable problem solver with critical thinking aptitude.
- Clear and effective communicator able to explain complex data concepts.
- Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes is advantageous.
