Overview

Titan Company Limited, a prominent consumer goods firm affiliated with the Tata Group, operates across various lifestyle domains such as jewelry, watches, accessories, and eyewear. The company is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to oversee comprehensive recruitment for retail and frontline roles within the Western region, focusing on ensuring quality hires, prompt position fulfillment, positive candidate engagement, and productive stakeholder partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

The Recruiter's responsibilities span several dimensions, grouped as follows:

• Talent Acquisition: Handling recruitment processes end-to-end for retail roles across divisions, sourcing candidates via consultants, referrals, walk-ins, online portals, social media, and internal avenues; developing talent pools for critical positions such as Store Managers and Retail Sales Officers; evaluating candidates for role suitability, cultural compatibility, and compensation alignment; managing interview scheduling and follow-up to facilitate timely closures.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with People Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and Regional Teams to understand staffing needs; providing regular updates on vacancies, candidate pipelines, and market insights; ensuring agreement on hiring deadlines, candidate criteria, and offer details.
• Recruitment Operations: Maintaining accurate recruitment tracking through dashboards; ensuring data integrity and process adherence; managing offer letters and onboarding activities; monitoring metrics such as hiring turnaround times, source efficiency, and closure rates.
• Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline: Supporting recruitment drives, campus outreach, and hiring events; creating talent maps for key cities in the West; cultivating and updating candidate databases for consistent retail hiring; enhancing Titan's image as a preferred employer in the retail labor market.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must possess at least one year of recruitment-related experience.
• Applicants should be residents of Mumbai.
• Graduation is required.
• Experience in sectors such as retail, consumer goods, hospitality, QSR, lifestyle, or frontline hiring is advantageous.
• Exposure to volume recruitment and hiring across multiple locations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range: ₹450,000 to ₹550,000.
• Work schedule: 5-day workweek.
