Role Overview

We seek a skilled IT Architect to join our small architecture team and support the ongoing flow of good energy. You'll engage in a variety of architectural functions such as solution architecture, strategic advising, and planning across multiple architecture domains including application, technology, information, service, and security.

Your responsibilities will include developing and aiding in the implementation of technology strategies covering cloud infrastructure, networking, and identity management while contributing to other strategic projects and initiatives.

This position can be based at our Bell Block or Wellington CBD offices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a domain architecture capacity.
• Proven experience managing a diverse range of architecture portfolios such as application, technology, information, service, and security.
• Competence in cloud computing and Software as a Service (SaaS) environments.
• Desirable certifications include TOGAF, CISSP, CCSP, or Microsoft Azure credentials.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with skill in engaging various audience levels.
• While not mandatory, previous involvement in the energy or utilities industry is advantageous.
