Role Overview

The IT Administrator will oversee and administer daily IT operations supporting both the Ahmedabad and Jaipur offices. This position demands a practical approach to managing IT infrastructure, software applications, and network security to maintain smooth organizational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Windows-based desktops and laptops, printers, and general IT hardware and software.
• Manage QNAP NAS devices, including user permissions, shared folders, snapshots, data backups, and recovery procedures.
• Oversee LAN/Wi-Fi networks, including switches, routers, Fortinet firewall appliances, VPN configurations, and internet connectivity management.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, encompassing email accounts, user licenses, OneDrive access, and general account management.
• Supervise antivirus software deployment, Windows updates, and protections against malware and ransomware to uphold basic cybersecurity standards.
• Provide daily technical assistance and support to staff members for troubleshooting IT-related issues.
• Install and resolve issues related to AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and other engineering-related software.
• Maintain detailed documentation for IT assets, network configurations, backup activities, and user access controls.
• Collaborate with external IT and security specialists when advanced technical support is necessary.

Experience & Preferences

Candidates should possess over three years of active hands-on experience in IT support and system administration. Experience with Windows environments, networking, NAS/storage systems, Microsoft 365 suites, and cybersecurity practices is preferred. Familiarity with QNAP devices and Fortinet firewalls will be advantageous.
