About the Team
The Deloitte PI & Restructuring team is composed of highly experienced experts providing tailored investment banking, restructuring, and insolvency solutions. Serving a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, corporates, private equity firms, institutional investors, governments, and management teams, the team combines global reach with deep local market expertise. Role Overview
In the capacity of a Manager within the PI & Restructuring team, you will focus on driving business development efforts and managing client engagement deliveries. The role involves leading teams, guiding impactful work, and ensuring exceptional client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate full-time with Central or State Governments and related agencies in areas such as investment promotion, lead generation, investment facilitation, economic development, regulatory advisory, and project management.
- Contribute to deal origination and support business development activities.
- Support various phases of project and transaction execution through preparing detailed reports, presentations, documentation verifications, conducting financial analyses, implementing control procedures, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive financial models aiding decision-making processes.
- Assist senior team leaders across sectors and products by preparing analytical thought leadership papers.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a master's degree in economics, marketing, MBA, PGDBM, planning, management, or an equivalent qualification with at least seven years of relevant experience.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in financial statement development and analysis.
- Capable of operating effectively in dynamic, unstructured environments while meeting stringent deadlines.
- Experience in strategy consulting is considered an advantage.
- Dedicated to delivering high-quality client service.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
