Role Overview

We are looking to hire a determined Project Manager who will oversee the complete execution of premium interior design projects. These projects include luxury villas, apartments, kothis, and commercial properties. This position requires balancing creative vision with precise operational management to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and uphold the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project from start through final delivery.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between design teams, procurement, and on-site staff.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, work progress, and proactively address issues at the project site.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients, contractors, and consultants for project updates and coordination.
• Guarantee adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and legal requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including reports, meeting notes, schedules, and billing records.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management.
• Minimum of five years managing high-end interior design projects.
• Skilled in MS Project, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD software.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, capacity to handle multiple tasks, and excellent client communication skills.
