Interior Site Supervisor

About the Role

Atulayam Designs is seeking a diligent and technically proficient Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution of luxurious interior design projects including villas, penthouses, apartments, kothis, and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure flawless implementation aligns with design intentions and maintains top quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site activities to conform with approved designs and technical plans.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, labor crews, and vendors to ensure accurate, timely execution.
• Perform site measurements, monitor project progress, and maintain comprehensive logs and reports.
• Supervise installation tasks involving carpentry, electrical systems, plumbing, false ceilings, and finishing work.
• Enforce safety measures, uphold quality standards, and ensure project milestone compliance.
• Serve as on-site representative to clients, designers, and consultants; assist design teams in showcasing material samples and site developments.
• Provide consistent client updates including walkthroughs and address site-related concerns promptly.
• Facilitate communication between design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Track delivery and site readiness schedules, and manage vendor deployments.
• Monitor timelines and tackle potential delays to keep projects on schedule.
• Interpret and implement detailed working drawings, 2D layouts, and 3D visualizations on-site.
• Participate in reviewing bills of quantities (BOQs) and authenticate material quantities and standards.
• Collaborate with design and technical teams to troubleshoot site issues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or allied disciplines.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in on-site interior project execution, focused on high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Competency in reading AutoCAD drawings and basic knowledge of 3D software such as SketchUp.
• Strong organizational aptitude capable of managing multiple site tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with finishing materials, contemporary construction methods, and vendor management.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position requiring work Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, based onsite in Delhi-NCR.
