Position Overview

The Inventory Manager ensures accuracy and integrity of stock and optimizes space usage across all fulfillment centers. This role is key in aligning physical stock quantities with system records, reducing losses, minimizing aging, and preventing discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement inventory audit programs including daily cycle counts, full stock takes, and periodic audits at all warehouse sites.
• Investigate discrepancies and root causes of stock variations or loss, and develop corrective and preventative measures.
• Manage stock aging, product slotting, putaway techniques, and optimize storage capacity.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Inbound, and Outbound teams on disposition and liquidation of slow-moving, expired, or damaged inventory.
• Uphold strict compliance with Warehouse Management System procedures, standard operating protocols, and internal audit requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in inventory control and warehouse management within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors.
• Advanced knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and data analytics tools such as Excel; familiarity with SQL is advantageous.
• Established record of achieving over 99% inventory accuracy and effective management of shrinkage controls.
• Analytical thinker with meticulous attention to detail and leadership experience managing teams.
