Key Responsibilities

• Gather stock reports from all outlet departments and consolidate these into a comprehensive report covering all food, beverage, and general store items.
• Collaborate with Operating Managers to determine stock requirements, maintaining optimal par stock levels for effective departmental operations.
• Review and maintain appropriate inventory par levels to support department efficiency.
• Implement and manage a streamlined system for store receiving, stock checking, record keeping, stock control, and issuance.
• Supervise monthly physical stock takes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee the receiving and store functions, conducting regular stock audits.
• Generate periodic food and beverage cost reports to monitor expenses.
• Perform food over-reporting analysis, regularly review results, and discuss discrepancies with the chef.
• Act as controlling officer to verify and approve allowances.
• Manage consignment stock and track its movement effectively.
• Execute other related tasks and special projects as required.
