About the Role
Tech Mahindra is recruiting for positions in their International Voice Process team, welcoming applications from both experienced individuals and fresh graduates. The role involves providing top-tier customer support to clients located across various global time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent voice-based customer service interactions.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Maintain strong communication and interpersonal relationships with customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should hold a graduate or undergraduate degree.
- Candidates possessing at least six months of experience in international voice processes are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be currently residing in Mumbai, Maharashtra, as only local candidates will be considered.
Work Schedule
Willingness to work rotational shifts across a 24-hour schedule is required.
Location
Opportunities are available at the Malad and Goregaon offices in Mumbai.
