Position Overview

Tech Mahindra is recruiting for the role of International Voice Process Agent to deliver high-quality customer service for its clients operating across various time zones. The role is based in Mumbai and requires candidates to handle customer queries efficiently while demonstrating strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage voice communication with clients internationally.
• Deliver superior customer support by resolving queries promptly and accurately.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills throughout interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must have a graduate or undergraduate degree.
• Candidates having at least six months of prior experience in international voice processes are encouraged to apply.
• Only candidates residing in Mumbai are eligible to apply.

Selection Procedure

• Voice and Accent evaluation to ensure communication standards.
• Operations interview to evaluate job readiness and skills.

Work Schedule

Applicants should be prepared to work in rotational shifts covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
