We are seeking International Customer Support Executives to join a renowned multinational company based in Newtown, Kolkata. This full-time role involves managing voice interactions with international clientele, providing effective solutions, and delivering excellent customer service in a timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Comprehend customer issues and offer accurate, prompt resolutions.
• Maintain professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction during all interactions.
• Record customer conversations and update relevant systems properly.
• Achieve and uphold quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams as necessary to resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

• Only fresh graduates are eligible; prior work experience disqualifies candidates.
• Possess an undergraduate or graduate degree in any field.
• Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Availability for rotational shifts including nights.
• Must be able to join immediately.

Working Conditions

• Work mode is on-site at Newtown, Kolkata.
• Shift pattern includes rotational hours covering night shifts.
• Interviews will be conducted virtually.
