Job description
Role Summary
We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join as Beauty Advisors at mall kiosks located in Kochi, Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram), and Kottayam. This position is suitable for newcomers eager to start a career in retail, particularly in the beauty segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers visiting the kiosk to identify their beauty and skincare requirements.
- Offer recommendations and demonstrate the effective use of various beauty products.
- Uphold impeccable hygiene, grooming standards, and kiosk cleanliness.
- Manage product displays and maintain stock levels efficiently.
- Assist with the day-to-day kiosk operations, ensuring outstanding customer service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- A well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor are essential.
- Effective communication skills are necessary.
- Basic understanding of makeup and beauty products.
- No requirement for a Provident Fund account.
