Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and technical difficulties efficiently and promptly.
- Work closely with Research & Development and Services teams to troubleshoot bugs and keep project schedules on track.
- Respond swiftly to critical customer problems that arise.
- Handle intricate customer accounts by gaining insight into their hardware and software configurations.
Candidate Requirements
Ideal candidates should preferably have experience in software installation, managing databases such as SQL Server and Oracle, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
