Key Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable product assistance to a broad customer base.
- Manage front counter service including handling customer inquiries and processing orders via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Perform occasional warehouse tasks such as order picking and packing, and local deliveries when necessary.
- Build and nurture customer relationships to position the branch as the preferred supplier.
- Support and coordinate showroom promotional activities to increase counter sales.
Experience and Skills Desired
- Two to three years of relevant industry experience, with familiarity in bearings being an advantage.
- Strong communication and phone etiquette, coupled with excellent customer service principles.
- Inquisitive problem-solving mindset and comfort working with blue collar, construction, and industrial stakeholders.
- Collaborative team spirit.
