Interior Designer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team, specializing in residential villa projects and related real estate developments. The role involves conceptualizing appealing interior design schemes and ensuring consistency across multiple projects to meet client expectations and development standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create interior design concepts and schemes tailored for residential villas and associated developments.
• Interpret client briefs and project specifications to produce functional yet visually attractive interior environments.
• Develop mood boards, sample materials, color palettes, furniture arrangements, and formal design presentations.
• Maintain a unified design language throughout individual residences and broader residential communities.
• Generate and assess detailed interior drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, and specific detailing.
• Formulate and update interior design specifications and schedules covering finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and decorative components.
• Review vendor drawings, material samples, mock-ups, and technical documentation to verify adherence to approved designs.
• Manage revisions in design and ensure all updates are effectively communicated to stakeholders.
• Ensure all interior designs comply with relevant building codes, project criteria, and company design standards.
• Uphold meticulous design quality and detail orientation through all stages of the project.
• Detect potential design, materials, or construction challenges and propose viable solutions.
• Contribute to value-engineering efforts while preserving design integrity and project vision.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in interior design, ideally focused on real estate development, residential projects, or luxury villa sectors.
