Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant Interior Designer to join our team. This position involves partnering with design and site teams to convert concepts into precise 2D technical drawings, aid in selecting materials, and ensure smooth implementation on our residential projects.

Key Duties

• Create accurate 2D spatial, furniture, electrical, and working drawings.
• Support material curation and sourcing for finishes, fabrics, and fittings.
• Collaborate with contractors, carpenters, vendors, and site supervisors to align drawings with on-site execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections in Mumbai to monitor progress, address site issues, and take measurements.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, including sample trays and mood boards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for precise 2D drafting and working drawings.
• Strong knowledge of residential materials including laminates, veneers, hardware, and modular details.
• Practical understanding of on-site realities and ability to communicate solutions effectively onsite.
• Clear, structured verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Detail-focused, curious professional with ownership mentality and teamwork orientation.

Eligibility

Candidates holding a Diploma in Interior Design, B.Arch in Interior Architecture, B.Sc in Interior Design, or B.Des in Interior & Spatial Design are encouraged to apply.
