Integrated Command & Control Center (ICCC) & Digital Twin (DT) Product Manager

Overview

This role focuses on conceptualizing, developing, and overseeing the product lineup for the Integrated Command & Control Center (ICCC), aiming to enhance city management, safety, and smart city functionalities. It serves as a critical nexus among business leaders, operational personnel, and technical teams to guarantee that ICCC features evolve consistent with operational demands, technological progress, and overarching strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in engineering, information technology, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Advanced qualifications such as an MBA or certified product management credentials are advantageous.
• 8 to over 12 years of relevant experience in product management or digital solution development roles.
• Background in smart city infrastructures, public safety, security, or operational platform management.
• Preferred certifications include Agile methodologies like Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or product management certifications.

Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in product lifecycle management and strategic roadmap formulation.
• In-depth knowledge of smart city solutions with an emphasis on ICCC functionalities.
• Proficient in managing relationships with stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Adept at constructing business cases and driving value realization efforts.
• Capability in monitoring and reporting product performance metrics.

Technical Tools Experience

• Project and delivery management platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Data analysis and visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel skills.
• Collaboration and documentation tools like SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Facilitation of ideation sessions and workshops.
